Delivery and Return Policy

Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes customer satisfaction after sales. The dissatisfaction you may experience with the products you purchase, all kinds of problems arising from production and service are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.

You can find the conditions for us to serve you better and faster in returning products below; If any of these is missing, product returns are not accepted.

WHAT WE WANT FOR REFUND

a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.

b- The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged with its standard accessories as received within 10 days.

a- For the return process, the shipment of the product must be sent.

ABOUT OTHER TERMS AND REFUND SHIPPING FEES

a- If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company if it is sent with our contracted cargo companies.

b- If the products that come to our Quality Assurance Department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the return of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product arrives. The time that the refund is reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected in the account within 7 days.

c- You can send the products you will return free of charge by Yurtiçi Kargo and UPS cargo.

SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

The product to be returned can only be received by the contracted cargo companies. Apart from this, the return and transportation cost of the products we receive with any cargo company will not be accepted.

General return conditions are as follows;

– Returns must be made in the original box or packaging.

– The original box / packaging is degraded (for example: products with a cargo label attached on the original box and tapes with a shipping duct tape are not accepted). Products that have lost their re-salability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted for return.

– With the product you want to return, you need to send a petition containing the original shipment (all copies of you) and the reason for the return.

– If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you need to send with contracted cargo. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you gave wrong or gave up. Sometimes mails are checked late. There is a possibility that the product has been shipped. If the product is not shipped in the cancellation process, the entire fee will be returned by the method you performed. If the product is delivered to cargo, the shipping fee or fees are deducted and returned.
